1. Your Entries Stay On Your Device

Spinfetti stores your wheel entries, saved wheels, settings, and result history in your browser's localStorage only. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any server operated by Spinfetti.

2. No Account Required

Spinfetti does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or log in. We do not collect personally identifiable information.

3. Advertising

Spinfetti may display advertising through Google AdSense or a similar provider. These ad networks may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve relevant ads based on your browsing activity. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is used.

4. Analytics

Spinfetti may use anonymized analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Plausible) to understand aggregate usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is collected through these tools, and individual spin results are never transmitted.

5. Cookies

Spinfetti itself does not set cookies. Third-party ad providers and analytics tools may set cookies as described in their own privacy policies.

6. Deleting Your Local Data

To delete all locally stored data (saved wheels, settings, history), go to the wheel app, open Settings, and click Delete Local Data. You can also clear site data through your browser's privacy settings.

7. Children

Spinfetti does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The service is a client-side tool with no data collection. If you are a teacher using Spinfetti, note that no student data is transmitted anywhere.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of Spinfetti after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
